Flat-rate pricing means the price you see is the price you pay for the standard rental. Our rates include delivery to your property, pickup when you are done, and a 7-day rental period. There are no separate line items for fuel, mileage, or environmental fees. The only additional charges that could apply are if you keep the dumpster past 7 days ($7 per day) or exceed the included weight allowance ($95 per additional ton).

Every rental includes free delivery, free pickup, a 7-day rental period, and a set weight allowance. The 10 yard container includes 1 ton (2,000 lbs). The 20 and 30 yard containers each include 3 tons (6,000 lbs). We also include placement on your driveway, yard, or job site — wherever you need it.

Each dumpster size comes with an included weight allowance. When we pick up your container, it crosses a certified scale. If the total weight exceeds your included allowance, an overage charge of $95 per additional ton applies. Most residential cleanouts and renovation projects stay within the included limits. Roofing debris and concrete are the most common materials that trigger overweight charges because they are much denser than typical household junk.

No problem. If your project runs longer than expected, the daily overage rate is $7 per day after the initial 7-day period. There is no penalty or rush fee — just let us know you need more time. Many of our customers on the Eastern Shore keep the dumpster for 10 to 14 days, especially for larger renovation projects or estate cleanouts.

Many dumpster rental companies advertise a low base price but then add separate charges for delivery, pickup, fuel surcharges, and environmental fees. Yes. If you need to reschedule, just call us as early as possible — ideally the day before your scheduled delivery. There is no cancellation fee as long as you let us know before we dispatch the truck. Same-day cancellations may not always be possible once the truck is loaded and en route.

No. Our flat-rate prices are the same whether you are in Easton, Cambridge, Chestertown, Salisbury, or Georgetown, Delaware. We do not charge extra for distance within our service area, which covers Talbot, Dorchester, Caroline, Queen Anne's, Kent, and Wicomico counties in Maryland, plus parts of Sussex County, Delaware.

Our standard pricing covers most common debris — construction materials, household junk, furniture, yard waste, and roofing shingles. The only cost variable is weight. Heavier loads may incur overage charges at $95 per additional ton beyond the included allowance. We cannot accept hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, or appliances with refrigerants (unless Freon has been professionally removed).
