Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We've got answers. Find everything you need to know about our dumpster rental services.
1Pricing & Rental
Pricing depends on the container size, rental duration, and what you're disposing of. All delivery and pickup fees are included in your price — no hidden charges. You can get an instant quote online or call us at 410-820-6414 for a personalized quote in minutes.
For most garage cleanouts or small remodels, a 10 yard container works well — it includes 1 ton of disposal. Larger renovations and roofing jobs typically call for a 20 yard. Major demolition, site clearing, or new construction usually needs a 30 yard — both the 20 and 30 yard include 3 tons. If you're not sure, tell us about your project and we'll recommend the right size.
Our standard rental period is 7 to 14 days, but we're flexible. If your project runs longer, no problem — there's a $7/day charge after the initial rental period. Need it for an ongoing construction project? We offer extended rental arrangements for contractors.
2Delivery & Pickup
Most dumpsters are delivered within 24 hours of booking — and same-day delivery is often available. We dispatch from Easton, so if you're anywhere on the Mid-Shore, we can typically get a container to your site quickly.
We can place dumpsters on driveways, parking lots, gravel surfaces, or on the street (permit may be required). We'll work with you to find the best placement that protects your property. We use boards under the wheels to protect paved surfaces.
When you're done filling the dumpster, just give us a call or send a text. We'll typically pick up within 24 hours of your request. If you finish early, we'll happily come get it sooner!
3What Can I Dispose?
Most construction debris, household junk, furniture, yard waste, and roofing materials are fine. Items we cannot accept include hazardous waste, liquids (paint, oil, solvents), batteries, electronics, tires, appliances containing Freon (unless professionally removed), asbestos-containing materials, propane tanks, and medical waste. Not sure about something specific? Call us and we'll let you know.
In most cases, yes! You can mix household junk, construction debris, and yard waste in the same dumpster. The only exception is when you have a large amount of heavy materials like concrete or roofing shingles — we may recommend a dedicated container for those.
You can fill the dumpster up to the top edge, but debris cannot extend above the sides. This is for safety during transport. If you're unsure whether you can fit everything, size up or plan for a swap.
4Permits & Regulations
In most cases, if the dumpster sits on your own property — driveway, yard, or job site — no permit is needed. If it needs to be placed on a public street or right-of-way, you may need a permit from your local municipality. We can help you figure that out when you call.
Some HOAs have rules about dumpster placement and duration. We recommend checking with your HOA before ordering. If needed, we can provide documentation about our service for HOA approval.
